We are an Orthodox Presbyterian Church begun in 2000 under the auspices of the Philadelphia Presbytery. Yardley is a lovely community located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, not far from Trenton and Princeton, New Jersey and is within a short drive of Philadelphia. Yardley Presbyterian Church endeavors to be both fresh and traditional. We desire to proclaim the gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ in our region. Through our denomination we participate in nationwide and worldwide missions, education, and outreach/evangelism. Our denomination, the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, preserves and combines the best of the Dutch Reformed, Scottish, and American Presbyterian heritage. We believe God has set down in his Word how we are to worship him and so we strive to worship him in a simple, reverent, and Reformed manner. We are committed to sound doctrine and godly living (what we believe and how we behave are closely intertwined) and so we endeavor to follow the Bible and the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Westminster Larger and Shorter Catechisms as the most faithful expression of the teaching of God's Word.

We are:

• A whole Bible church... We sincerely believe that the Bible is God's inerrant Word and that the whole Bible is relevant to the needs of our day. We are committed to faithfully teaching its whole message as clearly and practically as we can.
• A whole life church... We believe that the whole person is important. The whole person is created by God, is infected by sin, and is rescued and ruled by Jesus Christ. We are committed to working out the implications of his salvation for the whole spectrum of life.
• A whole family church... We believe that God deals both with individuals and with families. Professing believers and their children are members of our church, and each of our members-from the oldest to the youngest-is important to us.
• A whole world church... We believe that the Gospel of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ will triumph over the whole world. We are committed to advancing that Kingdom both extensively (by active evangelism and missions) and intensively (by bearing witness to the Lordship of Jesus Christ over all areas of life).
